Image and video models
A local panel for image and video models
HEXART Router runs your OpenRouter account on your own computer. Every project gets its own key with a limit, every paid generation starts with a quote, and the model catalog is current from day zero.
Features
Generations you approve, on keys you control
01
A key per project, with a limit
Every project gets its own OpenRouter API key with an amount and a period. Usage shows per key and per project.
02
A quote before every generation
A paid generation starts with a quote: model, parameters, estimated cost. It runs only after your approval. A quote works once and expires.
03
Model catalog from day zero
The model list comes from the OpenRouter API, not from code. A new model is in the catalog on its release day, sorted into categories.
04
Parameter docs per model
For every model: the parameters it accepts, including the ones providers do not show up front. The agent reads them before a call.
05
Taste memory
You rate the results. Your ratings and your price and quality strategy decide which model gets the next job.
06
Only on 127.0.0.1
The panel and the server run on your computer and listen on 127.0.0.1 only. A key secret never comes back into the agent conversation.
How it works
Request, quote, approve
The agent asks for an image or a video
A session sends the job through MCP. Text models are out of scope: paid calls go only to image and video models.
Router picks a model and quotes
The choice follows your ratings and strategy. You see the model, the parameters and the estimated cost.
You approve, the job runs
After your approval the generation runs on the project key, within its limit. The file comes back to the session.
Questions
Before you ask
Can HEXART Router spend money without asking?
No. A paid call needs a quote and your explicit approval. On top of that, every key has its own limit.
Does it work with text models?
No. HEXART Router pays only for image and video models. It has no tool for text.
What do I need?
An OpenRouter account. HEXART Router manages its keys, limits and usage statistics on your computer.
Where does my data stay?
On your computer. The server listens on 127.0.0.1 only and the panel opens with a one time code. Only calls to the OpenRouter API go out.
